Hot tubs and spas are a great way to relax, but you simply can’t get true hydrotherapy using only a forced air jet, which most – if not all – portable or inflatable hot tubs use. For complete hydrotherapy you must mix water and air at the jet nozzle. Doing so provides for a much more enjoyable dip in your hot tub, and will be more helpful in relieving the pain and tension of tired and sore muscles.
